Returns and Exchanges

Refunds:

Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved in our system.

30-DAY RETURNS (FREE WITHIN 15 DAYS)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days. Returns are free if we receive your package within 15 days of your order date. Please allow 7 days of transit time. If we receive your package after 15 days of your order date, a $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The refund consists of the cost of the item purchased, original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We welcome all exchanges. Any item you would like to exchange for another size or style must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. Customer is responsible for shipping it to We Riide and shipping charges for the new product. You can exchange merchandise for any item or items of equal value, or you may increase and pay the cost increase. We cannot approve any downgrade that would result in a refund.

Please send all exchanges with a printout of the original invoice and copies of any correspondence you have had with Customer Service. Please specify the name of the product you would like in exchange, and what size you would like. Please send a paypal payment for shipping and any price increase if you are upgrading. Our paypal account is we.riide2016@gmail.com. Include a screenshot of your confirmation with your return package or email the confirmation with your order number to sales@weriide.com. If you do not have paypal, please email customer service at sales@weriide.com for further instruction.

If you receive an item that is damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.

Exchanges are discretionary upon inspection of item(s) when we receive your merchandise.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
